These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maru Head Spa's website and services. By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card or membership where offered, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. Where a deposit is collected at booking, it is applied to your service total. Deposits transfer to a rescheduled appointment with reasonable notice; no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Please refer to the policy shown at booking for the current terms.
2. Services
Our treatments are cosmetic wellness services. They are not medical care, and nothing we provide constitutes a medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed physician or dermatologist. Please disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or conditions before your session.
3. Payments, Gift Cards & Promotions
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Gift cards and promotional offers, where available, are subject to the terms stated at purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
4. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, branding, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maru Head Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
