About Your Visit
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so your room is ready when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome when a room is open.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking directly in front of the studio on Newport Boulevard.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 20% deposit holds your time. It moves with you if you reschedule with notice, and is non-refundable for no-shows.
Can I bring someone?
Our couples rituals are built exactly for that — two guests, side by side, in a private suite.
About the Rituals
What does the scope show?
Buildup, dryness, oil, and how your scalp is doing at the follicle level — magnified, on a screen, before we choose anything. Most guests have never seen their own scalp before.
Will you diagnose my scalp condition?
No — we give observational, cosmetic care and plain-language explanations. Anything medical belongs with a dermatologist, and if we see something like that, we'll tell you.
Which ritual should I start with?
The Essential Reset is the first-visit favorite. If your scalp feels congested or oily, the Deep Scalp Detox is the better opening move — the scope will settle it either way.
